Hello ESBC Members:
2025-26 Dues are:
Regular Membership - $50.00.
Student Membership - $25.00
2025-26 Annual Dues are due July 31, 2025.
HOW TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP:
Please pay by one of these means:
Zelle: (Preferred method) Most financial institutions in the US participate in Zelle and allow you to electronically send payment to the ESBC checking account at Chase. To pay via Zelle, please use the following email: treasurer@empirestatebioethics.org For a full list of institutions that participate, see the following link: https://www.zellepay.com/partners
Credit Card: Please use this link . Also please consider adding 3% to cover our fees, e.g., for $50 payment, our fee is $1.50.
Other Payment Types. If you need to pay by another means, please contact Treasurer@empirestatebioethics.org.
Upon renewing, you will receive a receipt, and our thanks.
- Invoices We will send invoices to Members, in case you need it for reimbursement by your organization.
- Reminders We will send reminders to pay your dues 30 days, 10 days and 3 days before the due date.
- Receipts We will send receipts, acknowledging your payment.
- Past Due Notices We will send arrears notices 3 days after the due date and every three days thereafter until suspension.
- Suspension Notice We will send a suspension notice 90 days after the due date.
- Status Your status regarding your dues payments is in your Profile.
